During the whole process,the following steps shall be strictly inspected,
1--Rock phosphate, P,Ca, Fe, Al, Mg ,As,Lead shall be tested
--H2so4 :density shall be tested
-- Lime: CaO shall be tested
2 During production,
1.) the liquid of rock phophate after milled ,Water ,P ,Ca,F,As,Lead, shall be tested.
2 )the Phosphoric Acid after being produced, Density , Heavy metal such as As,Lead F shall be tested
3, )Phosphatic slag handling, The Density , Heavy metal such as As,Lead F shall be tested shall be tested again.
4.)in the neutrallization action,PH shall be testied.
5)In the drying process, Water ,P, Ca,F,As ,Lead, Size shall be testied .Only good final products shall be packed with label which identiy the production date,otherwise shall be reproduced.
